SELLING KIDS STUFF

We take the hassle out of selling your preloved kids stuff, by doing it on your behalf.
​
Bring your kids stuff into our shop and we will let you know whether its something we can sell and how much it might sell for. We might not be able to tell you on the spot, but will price it up as soon as we can.
If you have a sale price in mind, let us know. Otherwise, we will do some research and determine an appropriate sale price. Unless you have specifically asked us to, we will not confirm sales prices with you before putting items out for sale.

When your stuff sells, we will arrange for the proceeds from the sale, less our commission to be deposited into your bank account. We make the payments once a month. For example, if an item sells in March, you should receive payment from us early April. You will receive an email with an invoice advising you of the payment that has been made. We do not issue invoices where the commission is less than $5.

The commission we charge is:
Sale price less than $100 = 50%
Sale price $100 and over = 30%
​
If your stuff isn't selling, we will reduce the price by 25% after eight weeks* and 50% after twelve weeks*. If twelve weeks go by and your stuff still hasn't sold, we will give you the option of picking it up.

You must pick up the goods within one week of us contacting you or we will donate the stuff to charity.

* We have discretion to increase the period of time that lapses before reducing the price in certain circumstances (e.g. if the item is out of season and therefore in lower demand).
